Registering Danish companiesIf you represent a Danish company that is operating in Ireland, you can register your company details on the subsiderary list (free of charge) by contacting the Commercial Section of the Embassy on Tel: +353 (0)1 4756404.You will be asked to formalise your registration by sending the following details, for both the Irish and Danish based offices, by e-mail to a member of the commercial team:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Contacts position within the company
- Company address
- Company phone and fax no.
- E-mail
- Website address
- CVR number (Company Registration Local)
- Business entity
- Date established
- Number of employees
- Industry
- Line of business
- A short description of the company
In order to qualify for registration, the company must satisfy one of the following conditions:
1) Subsidy to a company with headquarters in Denmark.
2) Company registered in Ireland by a Danish national(s).
3) Danish Joint Ventures based in Ireland.
Ordering the listThe Embassy has a list of Danish companies active in Ireland.
